Life can be hard, but there are always reasons to celebrate and enjoy life! Owner, Samantha Jay, believes this wholeheartedly and loves to be a part of the celebration by making dreams a reality. Her extraordinary attention to detail and passionate personality gives her the unique ability to give your event the style and beauty it deserves, while also making it feel effortless.

Samantha first discovered her love of event planning while earning her Bachelors of Business Administration from Belmont University. During her time at Belmont, she worked as a community relations director, special events coordinator, and annual giving director for several non-profits in the Nashville area. After graduating in 2000, Samantha continued working various events, until 2008 when she and a friend founded an event planning company named Two Bee Events.

​The “two busy bees” hit the ground running and began booking events together. This only deepened Samantha’s passion for bringing people together and creating lasting moments. After several successful years together, the partners amicably cut business ties and Samantha took on the task of leading the company on her own. Two bees became one, and Samantha Jay Events was born.

Since then, Samantha and her team have hosted fundraisers for area non-profits, baby showers, birthday parties, sweet 16 parties, graduation parties, eagle scout ceremonies, weddings, rehearsal dinners, celebration of life services, and many, many more.

Samantha lives in Franklin with her husband Mike, their two children Emma & Caleb, their cat Smokey, and their dog Charlie. In addition to creating one-of-a-kind events, Samantha loves to read, binge watch a good TV show, travel, indulge in a delicious meal and relax with her friends and family on their back porch, because creating wonderful memories is what it is all about!
